Biography
Emily Peers (b. 1996) is a British landscape painter with a lifelong affinity for nature. Her work draws inspiration from the warmth of shadows and the rich colors found in the natural world. Wherever she travels, her oil paints are never far behind. Emily works from life whenever possible, later expanding her studies into larger works at her West London studio.Her paintings aim to convey the gentle peace of landscapes while offering viewers the freedom to discover familiar and imaginative forms within the layers of her work she Ames to convay emotion I n her works, where often hidden figures often emerge within layers of the layers of colour, inviting the viewer into a world of movement and felling.
Education
Emily received classical training in Florence at Charles Cecil Studios, where she honed her skills in rigorous sight-size techniques for figurative oil painting over three years, completing her studies in 2019

Artist Statement
I create vibrant oil paintings on canvas, capturing the essence of nature in colorful explosions of hazy light and vivid shadows. My work explores the forms and emotions within landscapes, reflecting the interplay between the world beneath Mother Nature and the emotions we carry. I am captivated by the colors of the natural world and their ability to evoke feelings, inviting viewers to see their own imagination within my paintings.
