We collaborate with some of the most vibrant contemporary artists. We also aim to introduce emerging artists and assist them in promoting their creations. All the artworks we sell are genuine pieces. We give special attention to choose directly from the artists’ studios.
For every artwork bought on our platform, we provide a certificate of authenticity. These certificates are subject to request and signed by the artists and ready for collection 30 days after the purchase.
You can pick up your artwork directly from the artlounge at no extra cost. Shipping is subject to request and rates are determined based on the destination and the size of the largest piece in your order.
We offer worldwide shipping. After receiving your request, we will contact you to discuss shipping costs. Please note that international orders may incur additional charges such as duties, once the parcel reaches the destination country. For any shipping and handling inquiries, please email us.
We have a 14 days return policy for an exchange or refund. Please email us at info@theartlounge.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase.

Our secure checkout system enables you to purchase artworks effortlessly. We accept payments online via debit and credit cards. Every transaction is protected by advanced security features.

We thoughtfully select all artworks on our platform with professional curators. Upon request, we can provide digital certificates of authenticity for each piece signed and dated by the artist. We give special attention to choose directly from the artists’ studios.
Once you complete your purchased online, you can pick up your orders directly from the artlounge, 30 Gatliff Road, London, SW1W 8QN within 2 business days. If you opt for delivery, orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days (or up to 25 days for framed artworks). For UK deliveries, it takes between 2 and 5 days to receive your artworks. When purchasing artworks from our platform for shipment outside the UK, custom dutuies and import taxes may apply. If you are unsure about how import and export regulations your country, please reach out to us at contact info@theartlounge.co.uk. for guidance.
If you are unsure about your purchase please email us at info@theartlounge.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. If you have chosen delivery and your artworks arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
